I found out that I was pregnant the morning that Drew left for his game against University of Oklahoma in September. I kept it to myself all weekend and told Drew that Sunday morning when he got home. He promised to keep it between just us! It lasted about an hour, until he got to the office and told Whit and Swanny. To be fair, I did tell the baby secret-keeper Ashley, the next day! After that, we did pretty well keeping our mouths shut for a few weeks!
I had planned to start taking belly pictures right from the get go, but the dreaded all-the-time-make-you-never-want-to-be-pregnant-again sickness hit at six weeks and lasted a good 12!
I literally remember nothing from this last fall except lying in bed, watching tv and becoming more pissed off every day! I would sleep, eat and then run to the bathroom. I didn't make it to a single one of Drew's games on time, if I even showed up at all!
We found out at 18 weeks that we're having a girl and I about fell off the table! I was convinced (for literally every reason in the book) that we were having a boy! Drew had said all along that it was a girl and I guess I will believe him next time!
Finally at 20 weeks, I had Drew grab the camera and take some belly shots! I have been promising multiple people I would post these for a while.
Have been feeling great since around Christmas and I have NO intention of going back! We are slowly getting things ready around our house and attempting to prepare ourselves for May.
